A Note on the Move
This document is exploratory in a specific mode. Rather than presenting RESOLVE's framework and inviting Dr. Mohr to adopt it, the document derives RESOLVE's claims from Mohr's body of work. If the derivation is clean, the proposed RCT is not a new paradigm he would be asked to evaluate; it is his own theoretical commitments — proscription as constitutive of therapy, Supportive Accountability as the mechanism of digital-intervention adherence, layered scaffolding as the shape of durable behavior change — extended into a new delivery architecture (constraint-governed LLM resolver) and a new indication (Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder).

1. The resolver-side mechanism. Mohr's work operates at the level of therapist behavior, digital-intervention architecture, and user-level outcome. - CBIT is in a position to run or collaborate on such a trial at this time.
The first question is theoretical. The second is methodological. The third is operational. The first two are the questions the framework requires to be settled; the third is the question a preliminary conversation would clarify.

The identity claim is not comfortable — it says the RESOLVE framework's novelty is smaller than the corpus's voice sometimes suggests, because the structural insight was already present in Mohr's 1995 and 2011 papers. I endorse the discomfort. The corpus's falsifiability register is served by stating the derivation cleanly rather than by overclaiming originality.
